This poor bastard has been put through this for nothing.  What is "racism" anyway.  What's the big deal.  How can you criminaize what a person thinks, especially if they may be right.

Cheltenham Town manager Martin Allen faces no police action over an alleged incident outside a nightclub which led to him being put on "garden leave".

Mr Allen, 44, was asked to stay away from his duties at the League Two football club since the incident, alleged to have involved racial abuse.

The club said he would remain on leave despite Gloucestershire Police closing their investigation.

The force said no action would be taken following a "thorough investigation".

Assistant manager John Schofield remains in caretaker charge of the first team.

"Racist" is a manufactured term and is no more than a slur to disparage any anti-"Politically Correct" individual who sincerely believes the UK (and for that matter, the United States and Australia) have all suffered from the "diversity" that has been shoved down out throats with disastrous consequences, both financially and socially.

Multiculturalism has proven to be a plan designed to destroy the racial and cultural identity and cohesion of the English and all English speaking democracies. The Japanese think we are stark raving mad and obviously, they are spot on.

Put another way, multiculturalism is George Orwell's nightmare of "newspeak" for brain washing a populace by converting an obvious truth into a useful lie told by a latter day version of Vladimir Lenin's "useful idiots".

Racism has been labeled as an anti-cultural view when it is actually an attempt to preserve and restore what we once had as opposed to the chaos and civil decay caused by the ludicrous concept of cultural diversity. In essence, racism has become the opposite of the brain washed socialist workers pseudo paradise that has already failed scores of times.

The right to vote the unscrupulous bastards out of office may soon be a thing of the past. Each day we grow closer to proving Mr. Orwell a visionary whose warning was ignored by cowards and crypto communist alike. Importing a stone age, violence prone, mud hut dwelling savage as a way to improve British society, morality and the nation intelligence is absolutely insane.

when it comes to the multicult, the major parties think the same.  So we need new parties and independents too.
