If this is true, then this is the sort of madness that must be curtailed by the law courts and not an "adjudicator. Britain still has it's sovereign laws, as do all sovereign States. This sort of busiess goes too far The insanity of the European Union-enforced “Human Rights Act” has been exposed once again in a new case which has seen an illegal invader sue for being arrested after entering Britain on a fake passport. Fridoon Sadiqi, of Prior Deram Walk, Canley, Coventry, is seeking up to £150,000 in damages because he alleges he was unlawfully arrested and detained for more than three weeks while his case was put on hold. As a result, he claims, he’s suffered depression and post-traumatic stress disorder.

This was headlined in my local paper. Complete madness. If he gets anywhere with it then I am going to sue for post (and present) traumatic stress disorder and depression caused by our politicians allowing invaders to come here and take the piss. Yet another drain on our country's finances.

exactly, and one must ask "why are the politicians doing this...what is their agenda?"
They are up to something. My guess is busiess says they need consumers to buy product. So why don't get Aussies and Kiwis over there like they used to. because Aussies and Kiwis are a first world people wanting first world wages, whereas third worlders will work for shit. Once they reach critical mass, the wages of the people generally are "dampened " down
Of course what then happens when we are thrown out of the house because we can't keep up with the morgage payments as the boss has fired us to take on third worlders

Seems to me that they want to go back in time and turn us into a third world country. We will be fighting over cardboard boxes to live in!

this is the trouble with "career" politicians. You cannot have or expect a career when you need to be elected every few years. This is why business and banks corrupt both sides of politics. People will vote Tory or Labour, who foreign policy and economic policy is "international" instead of national

National interests certainly need to be put first for a change.
