The British National Party will face legal action under race relations laws after its ruling constitution was described as a form of "apartheid".

The BNP has now been forced to accept people of other raqces.  This can lead to an infiltration of coloured members, who, in time will completly change it with the majority votes at party meetings, voting along racial and other lines.

naturally this will add the britain's indigenous people a further struggle to keep their own country

Who the hell did this judge think he was doing.  Surely a political party in a democracy should not have to be subjected to race hate laws for the purpose of campaigning for change.

Is this judge telling us all that the multicult laws can't be changed like other laws can?
